Billpal Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Billpal is made by NilahCove LLC. This policy explains what happens to the information you put in Billpal.

The short version

Billpal doesn't collect any information about you. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, servers, analytics, ads, or tracking, so we never see your bills.

What you enter

Bills, amounts, due dates, notes, payment accounts, recipients, categories, and paychecks are stored only on your iPhone, in Billpal's own storage. Billpal never sends them anywhere. It doesn't connect to your bank and never asks for bank logins.

Your settings, like the reminder time and the privacy lock, are stored on your iPhone too.

Backups

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. No server sends them. Depending on your notification settings in iOS, their text, including bill names and amounts, can appear on your Lock Screen.

Face ID and passcode

If you turn on the Face ID lock, iOS checks your face, fingerprint, or passcode. Billpal only learns whether it worked. It never receives biometric data.

Clipboard

Billpal only puts text on the clipboard when you copy something.

Links

Contact Support opens your email app, and Terms of Use opens Apple's website. Whatever you send or view there is handled by those services.

Deleting your data

Delete bills and other items in Billpal, or delete Billpal from your iPhone to remove all of its data. Backup files you saved elsewhere stay where you put them until you delete them.

Children

Billpal isn't directed to children under 13, and it doesn't collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here and in the app, with a new effective date.
